Reciprocal Policy:

We offer visitors from your Club similar privileges that our members would be offered at your Club when visiting.  CBYC offers up to 2 nights at no charge if your club offers 2 nights at no charge to our Members when visiting your Club. When extra fees do apply to visitors at CBYC they are based on the fee that your Club would charge to our Members when visiting. Examples are below:

If a Club offers the first 2 nights free and then additional nights at $1.00/ft, then our offering to a visitor from this Club to CBYC would be the same.

If a Club offers the first night free and then additional nights at $1.00/ft, then our offering to a visitor from this Club to CBYC would be the same.

If a Club’s policy is to charge for the 1st night @ $1.50/ foot and the 2nd night free, then our offering to a visitor from this Club to CBYC would be the same.

We do not take reservations, please call on VHF channel 68 for availability.

Front wall is for arriving boats and Emergency Docking only, 15 minutes maximum dockage for visiting boats.

Our warm and friendly bar and restaurant has a wrap-around balcony overlooking Lake Ontario and the Scarborough Bluffs. Please see our website for Restaurant hours; www.cbyc.ca. We urge that reservations should be made with our caterer.

  • Arrival Instructions: For Reciprocal Policy Please See Below. Call Harbour Attendant on VHF 68 for instructions. The office does not assign slips. The front wall is for receiving visitors and emergency docking- 15 minutes maximum- front wall is kept open at all other times. We do not take reservations.

  • Maximum Draft at chart datum: Entrance Channel 6 - 8 feet- see note below-
  • Maximum Beam: 15 feet- limited slips available only when member's slips are vacant
  • Maximum Length: 50 feet- limited slips available only when member's slips are vacant
  • Limitations: Basin channel entrance depths are dredged to 1.8 meters below chart datum and maintained by "TRCA" at their discretion. The entrance to the basin can be subject to silting - proceed with caution in the gap. Slips for boats larger than 35' are limited and may only be available when member's slips are vacant.
